     so get a look at your boot and install.wim at Windows\winsxs. also if at the winreducer folder winreduer\work\mount some folders are left which are colled EXPERIMENTAL (they also could be located in your install.wim/boot.wim next to the WINDOWS folder
     if yes delete the folders at windows\winsxs and copy the folders from the EXPERIMENTAL folder to the winsxs folder.
     or used "FiX Windows 8.1 (x86-x64) [offlineServicing] Bug ! CMD.CODE.txt"
