After a series of implantations and surgeries gone wrong; this future cult leader went on sabbitical to europe and found himself enjoying the pleasures of the flesh wiht several minorly wealthy sons and daughters of technocrati; as well as a few hackers who were wealthy on various online scams and trading schemes. Taking his small following with him, he made his way to northern scotland for the seclusion - picking a small island in the north - and putting several million down on gettibg enough bandwith to the locale. After training the other followers with the hep of those already hackers, they launched a scheme for a cryptocurrency while he wound them into a tight technocult based around pleasure.
	With the help of his merry band - after a few left after disagreements - he traveled back to Gotham to continue his work and to recruit 'outer members' who would serve as foot-soulders and spares in orgies if allowed/rewarded. Currently he's finishing arrangements tolive in the city and take over two floors of a apartment building in a nicer area as a base of operations.
